On Sunday, the biggest names in Hollywood came together to find out who would take home the coveted Oscars statuette.
The 95th Academy Awards ceremony was held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, and the night was full of surprises and memorable moments.
One of the night’s biggest upsets was in the Best Original Song category, where Tems and Rihanna’s song ‘Lift Me Up’ from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ lost to ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the film ‘RRR’, composed by MM Keeravani.
The sci-fi film, ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ took home the top honour of the night.
The movie, directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, won Best Picture and Best Directing, among other categories.
The movie’s star, Michelle Yeoh, made history by becoming the first Asian actress to win the Best Actress award.
