In a significant move to enhance ongoing developmental projects in Kaduna State, Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State met with the top management of the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) as part of his official engagements in Beijing, China.
The meeting, led by CCECC’s Global Vice President, Michael Jiang, focused on the strategic partnership between the corporation and the Kaduna State Government.
Governor Sani commended CCECC for their commitment to returning to site and completing various ongoing projects in the state. He emphasized the importance of utilizing local talent by urging the company to employ skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour from Kaduna State. This approach aims to empower the local workforce and foster economic growth within the region.
During the discussions, plans for the construction of the Hebei Industrial Park in Kaduna were also highlighted. The Governor expressed his optimism about the project, which is expected to create job opportunities and stimulate industrial development in the state.
The CCECC Management Team reassured Governor Sani of their dedication to delivering quality work and strengthening their existing relationship with the Kaduna State Government.
