The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPT) has fixed September 6 to deliver judgment in a petition challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.
Umar Bangari, Court of Appeal Registrar made this known while speaking to Channels Television on Monday.
He said the proceedings will be open to live broadcast by interested television stations.
